Online Returns Policy
With online orders we offer full refunds within 14 days of purchasing as long as all receipts are provided upon return. Items must be in the same condition as they were when purchased, including but not limited to: unworn; clean and hygienic; tags still intact; not damaged.
Please note that postage to return is NOT prepaid. We can only accept refund of postage if an item is deemed, by Sophie’s Boutique, to be faulty or if the wrong item is sent by Sophie’s Boutique.
Please keep proof of postage as we are not held responsible for any losses, damages or stolen items.
We do not accept any returns on jewellery, nipple covers or headbands due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns/refunds on sale items/last chance to buy items or gift cards. We also DO NOT, under any circumstance, accept refunds or exchanges for cash or otherwise, for gift cards or gift vouchers.

Christmas Returns Policy
If item(s) are bought from 1st December to 24th December 2023, we will offer returns and full refunds up until 13th January 2024. We do not accept any returns on jewellery or headbands due to hygiene reasons. We do not offer refunds, exchanges for cash or otherwise, on gift cards / gift vouchers.
We can only accept refund of postage if an item is deemed to be faulty or if the wrong item is sent.
